Noticeable Physical Attributes
• Most noticeable are his brilliant green eyes. He hardly wears any sort of headgear or mask to cover them.
• Red seems to be his favorite color, as most of the clothing he wears has at least a little bit of red in it somewhere.
• Slight of build, as he spends most of his adventuring as a mage. Sure he can wield the rapier on his hip, but it's less force, more magic enhancement.
Rhosyn was born into a traditional Viera village near the mountains north of Dalmasca. However, being a male in Viera society hardly offered a pleasant childhood. If pressed, he wouldn't say he was neglected or abused, simply tolerated, as were the rest of the boys of his generation. Unfortunately, Red found himself susceptible to the emotional distance and chilly receptions of the female village adults.
Adulthood came, and Rhosyn made his way into the woods as a student of one of the other men to train as a Wood-Warder.
What is known is that Red left during his training; leaving the forest with the understanding he would never return, as per Viera tradition. When he is asked why he left, and he is asked fairly often, he has yet to provide a direct answer. If one knows him well enough, however (and very few do), it's easy to assume it was the disconnect of feeling his emotions so keenly, as well as his generally empathic nature, conflicting with the less-than-encouraging nature of his upbringing.
RP Hooks
• Despite the obvious Dalmascan accent, even those familiar with the Veena tribes in the area probably wouldn't recognize him, strangely enough.
• However, as a wanderer, he's traveled far and wide across the Three Great Continents. One may recognize Rhosyn from their travels. He is, however, rather new in his exploration of Eorzea and Aldenard.
• Rhosyn has a fairly noticeable aetheric presence. Nothing obscene, but he's quite the magic battery for those who are sensitive to such things.

I've done it all, as I've been roleplaying for most of my life. I appreciate all facets of RP but I usually enjoy a slice-of-life kinda thing for MMOs like this. Topics and plots are fairly limitless for me. Long-term injury and scarring is fine (with my consent, of course), but generally no dismemberment or death.More intimate stuff -- done plenty of that stuff too. But it's gotta make sense to what is going on between the characters.
